Our patients are our most valuable resource. As our way of saying “Thank you”, we have developed “The LDC Referral Club”. It is very easy to join the club; all you need to do is refer patients to our office. The club is designed in levels and as you reach the different levels, the rewards are greater. Each level is named for the precious resources in nature, just as you are a precious resource to us.

To be eligible for the club, just refer 3 patients to us within one year. Once these patients come in the office, we will credit your account with 200 Dental Dollars and you are at the Ivory Level. After reaching the Ivory level referrals do not need to be within a certain time frame. When you refer 2 more patients, you are at Level 2, which is the Crystal Level.  Refer 3 more patients and you qualify for the Pearl Level. Refer 4 more patients and qualify for the Ruby Level. Refer 5 more patients and qualify for the Sapphire Level. Refer 6 more patients and qualify for the Emerald Level. Refer 7 more patients and you qualify for the most prestigious of all levels, the Diamond Level. You have your lifetime to reach all these levels!

IVORY - Refer 3 patients within one year.
CRYSTAL - Refer 2 additional patients.
PEARL - Refer 3 additional patients
RUBY - Refer 4 additional patients
SAPPHIRE - Refer 5 additional patients
EMERALD - Refer 6 additional patients
DIAMOND - Refer 7 additional patients

At each level, as the gem becomes more precious, so does the prize. You can qualify to win trips to all kinds of great destinations including New York City, Las Vegas, The Caribbean, Mexico, and also great weekend getaways to Gatlinburg, Cincinnati, Louisville, tickets to sporting events and local attractions such as the Cincinnati Zoo, and the Newport Aquarium. All trips are subject to availability on the dates in which you choose.

So, all you need to do is get out there and talk to your friends and family. Tell them how great Lexington Dental Center is, and get them into our office so that they also can send their friends and family to us and join the “Club” with you. After all, the highest compliment we can receive is the referral of your friends and family members to us.
